Sorry for the lack of reports but thanks to all my wonderful guests I had my busiest March since I started guiding in Florida.
We have seen some real hot and real cold conditions over the last 6 weeks. Crazy winds and some banner days as well as tough ones. I guess thats why they call it fishing. I am so looking forward to the next 6 weeks. Shelley and I are staying here to concentrate more on the Tarpon and enjoy some down time, if we get any before we head back north for the summer and Fall craziness on Lake Onraio and the Salmon River.
Right now the trout bite is epic. Easy limits everyday with plenty of Mackerel and Jacks mixed in to keep the rods bent!
If you want Snook and Reds we just stay tight into the backwater and Mangroves and the action is hot! We have open days right intp late May so take the time and plan a day or two for some really good really relaxing fishing.
Tight lines and God Bless, Troy
